Assessment Structure:

PART I - CRE Financial Foundations:

You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your numerical acumen by calculating the values for 10 designated cells within the provided Excel model. This is a test of core CRE finance principles.

PART II - Professional Deck Creation:

Revise and refine a client presentation using the Henry AI platform. The goal is to produce a polished, visually compelling, and professional deck that is ready for client delivery.

PART III - Data Consistency & Proofreading:

Analyze and list every inconsistency or error found in a given Executive Summary. You must cross-reference all claims against the Property Overview tab in the Excel document—your definitive source of truth.
